Dwayne was the founding pastor of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC 2007 when he was ordained in 2007. He also serves as the Director for Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne is passionate about empowering the future generation of biblical counselors. He is a part of the Biblical Counseling Coalition's Board. He has written many online pieces and is a co-author in Christ Centered Biblical Counseling: Changing Lives by God's Changeless Word (eds. Kelleman as well as Viars).
