Felicity Jones is an British actress best known for her role as Jane Hawking in The Theory of Everything (a critically acclaimed movie), is one of the most well-known British actors. Jones has been in films, plays and television from the age of 12. Her career began with The TV film The Treasure Seekers. In the following film, she appeared as Ethel Hallow in The Worst Witch, and the sequel Weirdsister college. In her first film Flashbacks of a Fool she appeared as Young Ruth and went on to be featured in numerous films. Her acting career gained her fame for roles in movies like The Invisible Woman, and The Amazing Spider-Man. However, it was her role on The Theory of Everything that brought her an Oscar for the first time. Jones was widely praised for her portrayal of Hawking's former wife. The film was based on the story of Stephen Hawking. Inferno was the second film she appeared in with Tom Hanks. Jones was awarded her British Artist of 2016 award from the British Academy of Film and Television Arts Los Angeles, because of her outstanding ability and dedication.
