Adelaide Clemens

Born and raised in Brisbane Australia. She is the daughter of an English dad. Clemens began her career as a host on Australian TV while still at high school. The actress was featured in Blue Water High's episode in 2006 as Juliet. In 2007, Alison starred in Pirate Islands: The Lost Treasure of Fiji, a children's TV show. Clemens starred as Harper in Love My Way, a Showtime drama the in the same year. In the same role, she was nominated to receive the Graham Kennedy Award at the Logie Awards 2008 for Most Outstanding New Talent. Clemens was as a character in Dream Life, a 2008 MTV Networks Australia drama film with Sigrid Thonton Xavier Samuel Linda Cropper and Andrew McFarlane. Additionally, she played minor parts on All Saints in 2009 and X-Men Origins Wolverine. In 2009, she was the face for Jan Logan's jewellery. Clemens moved to Los Angeles California. Clemens starred with Xandrie in the role of Xandrie, in the film Wasted on the Young (2010). Clemens co-starred with Gregg Sulkin in Camilla Dickinson, alongside Cary Elwes, Samantha Mathis and Cary Elwes. The drama was adapted of the novel written in 1951 by Madeleine L'Engle, a young adult writer. The film Silent Hill: Revelation 3D she played teenager Heather Mason. The film's horror plot was inspired by the survival horror video game Silent Hill 3 and was a sequel to the film Silent Hill.That year Clemens also played the lead role as the young suffragette Valentine Wannop in Parade's End a television mini-series adaptation of The Ford Madox Ford tetra-logy co-produced by HBO and BBC Two. Clemens played the role in 2012's horror film"No One Lives starring Luke Evans. Also, she starred in The Great Gatsby based upon F. Scott Fitzgerald's infamous novel. Catherine Wilson was Isla's sister. Clemens is the lead character Tawney Talbot in 2013's Sundance Channel mini-series on television Rectify developed by Ray McKinnon. Natalie Dormer Stephen Graham Zachary Quinto and Clemens are set to appear as the main characters in The Girl Who Invented Kissing A film by an independent filmmaker.
